Though the COVID-19 vaccine has been available for months, data suggest that a very small percentage of Latino individuals are vaccinated.

Join us as Polo Camacho, Program Manager & Health Ethics Education Promoter at the Center for Practical Bioethics, hosts Erica Andrade, Chief Program Officer at El Centro, and Jennifer Sutherlin, Medical Program Manager at the Mid-America Regional Council, for a discussion about COVID-19 wariness, access and distrust in the Latino community.

Erica will discuss how El Centro’s community-based approach and the Promotoras de Salud Program, is helping Latino individuals in the Kansas City area get vaccinated.
